Unacceptable feedback and service

I took out a contract in April this year and about a month ago the scroll started giving problems i took it into cell c tygervalley where they kept me for some time to book it in for repairs and offered me a loan phone, i was informed that the phone would be sent to joburg to be assesed and i would be informed whats wrong and if they should repair it i recieved 3 SMSes along the journey and the last was to collect the phone, arrived there this morning just to be told it is BER - beyond economical repair. And the phone had corrosion and that it was still broken, the repair guy said i think its water damage..THINK! what a bold statement!!! I said you cannot think nowhere does it state on report / job card about water damage and then he has the cheek to tell me that it could be my sweaty handspalms and that it could also be because i carry it in my breasts... EXCUSE ME!!! i got up and walked out as it was embarrising to be told that, as if i took the loan phone out my breasts... i do not want a phone back that is not in working order, i mean its 9MONTHS OLD and i have to pay a contract for another 15 months with no phone, this is rediculous and totally unacceptable
