ON 17 JANUARY 2013, I PHONED 0839001212, AND SPOKE TO A RUBEN-I COMPLAINED ABOUT BAD CELLPHONE SIGNAL AT MY PREMISES-I GAVE HIM MY GPS COORDINATES-AND HE TOLD ME THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL COME AND INSTALL A SATELITE KIND OF THING IN MY HOUSE (OFFICE) FOR BETTER SIGNAL-HE ALSO PROMISED THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO INSTALL THE SATELITE WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS-AFTER THE CALL I MADE THAT DAY-HE ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH A REFERENCE NUMER : 0049712. I WAITED UNTILL YESTERDAY (WHEN THE 10 DAY WAITING PERIOD WERE OVER). I PHONED THE SAME TELEPHONE NUMBER TODAY AND SPOKE TO MTHOKOIFI-WHERE I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AGAIN-WHERE HE TOLD ME THAT HE CAN SEE ON THE SYSTEM THAT I REPORTED IT ON THE 17 JANUARY 2013-I ASKED HIM TO SEND OUT A TECHNICIAN TODAY NO LATER THAN 14:00-AS I'M LOOKING AT THE TIME NOW IT IS 15:30-1 AND A HALF HOUR LATER AFTER THE DEADLINE TIME AND DATE. I ALSO EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IF THEY DO NOT RESPONSE BEFORE 14:00 TODAY THAT I WILL CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH MTN-FOR I USE THIS NETWORK FOR BUSINESS-I HAVE 4 CONTRACTS WITH MTN-THAT AMOUNTS TO ABOUT R1200-00 PER MONTH. IS THERE ANY OTHER CELLPHONE NETWORK THAT IS WILLING TO GIVE ME SERVICE? BECAUSE I'M DONE WITH MTN!!!
