Please stop using Ram to Ram couriers to deliver your phones. They have been messing me around for the delivery of my phone and they do not keep their promises. You can refer to a complaint I wrote about them on this same website. A quality company like yours should use more reliable service providers as it reflects badly on Vodacom. Look at all the complaints they have on this website. I am leaving for holiday on Thursday and I have still not received my phone - even though they promised me twice that I would receive it today (Wednesday - 18 December 2013).
