WHy do i still stay with Vodacom???

Phoning US and asking if we wish to upgrade telephonically we decided to do so on the 26th of May. After "successfully" upgrading it was promised that this telephone will be delivered the next day (which Vodacom also states on their website). So, the guy informed us that this may not be the case but the phone will not be here later than the Wednesday. So here we are at Thursday afternoon already. Taking leave and hanging around home waiting for this delivery, which we have NOT yet received. When we phone them we get remarks and poor feedback. Saying "it's not our fault"??? Is it mine? My fault VODACOM has not YET delivered my phone. I want to reject this parcel whenever it gets here and rather open a new contract with MTN or CellC, bet i'll get much better service from them! Vodacom your not doing me a favour, i'm doing you one as I choose to upgrade and stay with you. I'll probably not even get a response from you as well???
