Due for upgrade, log onto the website, look at a bunch of different different phones, and finally decide on Blackberry Z10. See on the website that there is "free next day delivery"... So I phone to do the upgrade, and when I ask if the phone will be delivered next day (18/05/2013) cos its a saturday, the consultant says that delivery is only in 3 - 7 days!!! on the website now (10h40 am 17/05/2013) and the website still says "free next day delivery gaurenteed", but according to the call centre this is a mistake!!!
