I need my December Billing statement

It's been almost two weeks now waiting for my December statement, I sent an email to Virgin Mobile but no one bothered to respond. on the 13th of Dec I called the call centre and I was told they don't know when the statements will be available as they were supposed to be issued on the 9th of Dec!
I'm a contractor and need my billing statement to claim my expenditures. Your service is very bad, and you don't even bother to inform us that you have issues or if you working on the problem or not! pathetic!
