On the 18th, I took out an Apple iPhone 4 on contract at Incredible Connection Vodaworld. The consultant was so uninformed and ignorant that when I wanted to port my mtn prepaid number to Vodacom, she said it was not possible. She said you can only use existing vodacom prepaid numbers for the contract. A colleague had to correct her. When everything was done, I confirmed with her if the total subscription was R199 per month and she said yes it was. She said Incredible connection does not charge for CLIP, and the price you see is the price you pay, its free. After getting numerous private number calls I called and she said she will speak to the manager and activate CLIP and get back to me. I've already called in four times but not once did this woman bother to apologise and acknowledge the fact that it was her mistake. Each time she promises to call back and does not do so. Does Vodacom not train consultants before employing them so that they do not mislead their customers and provide wrong information. Although she's not working for Vodacom direct but she's still issuing contracts for vodacom. I'm still getting hidden number calls. I will never ever take out a contract with vodacom
