POOR SERVICE

Contract was obtained in October 2014, the phone malfunctioned in December (The phone did not switch on).
Mobile was taken to MTN Clearwater for an assessment, & passed the warranty assessment.

I contacted MTN Direct today, spoke to Pretty at 13:30 and was advised that her supervisor would contact me at 14:30. it is now 16:08 and no phone call.
I did contact MTN direct at 15:30 and spoke to Nadine and she advised me that she will speak to Pretty and get her to contact me, but alas NO JOY!!!

Why is it so difficult to get the assistance i require?
I have the warranty assessment number (COL0031061041) and was advised by Lerato at the after sales centre that MTN direct would assist me once they had the number.

I am leaving on vacation on Friday and require the handset!! which seems highly unlikely presently!

I've been a faithful customer of MTN for 8 years and the service i've received this year has deteriorated immensely.

Please don't expect me to renew any of the 3 contracts that i have with you, and expect poor word of mouth "advertising" from this disgruntled customer!!!
