I've been a loyal customer for 7 years!!! I contacted the call center to upgrade one of two contracts that I have with MTN and was advised that MTN was offline, which I could understand, when I requested the agent
(Philomena) take my details and contact me when MTN was back on line I was advised that they would be too busy to contact me, and I should go to a store!!! I mean really? why are the agents there?!!! is it not for Customers Convenience?!!!
When I spoke to the Team Leader (Lorraine) I was advised that once they were back online a retentions agent would contact me!
To date I haven't received a call!!!
I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
