CellC iPhone 5 Overheating: Terrible service

Phone was received on the 28th Jan 2013 from CellC Direct. Called in on the 4th Feb. Was advised that the phone will be fetched for assessment. It was still within the 7 days and should be exchanged in my opinion and the vendor should then take their time to sort out the assessment. it is now the 12th Feb that is a week ago and the item has not been fetched and has left me without a phone and since the upgrade on the 28th Jan which is 2 weeks ago that leaves me without a phone. one waits weeks for a phone and then when its reported as a fault it takes ages for you to fetch it? i have had to go and purchase a nano sim adapter so that i could use an older phone to keep in contact. This in my opinion is the worst service experienced with cellc. If a phone overheats out of the box when in use and also when charging is it a user issue? In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act this is not on! i am sure one has the option to request a new handset in the event that the handset shipped is out of box failure or should i be moving my contract to another supplier? This is disappointing as i have been with CellC for a while. c'mon CellC WAKE UP! someone kindly call me!
