Customer Service Survey is Pointless

I logged a motor accident claim with Outsurance on 9th May, I took my car for assessment on 13th May, the Outsurance agent Yasmien advised me that the assessment process took 48 hours. I was travelling and extremely busy during this period, however having not heard anything from Outsurance I contacted their Call Centre on Thursday 16th May, the agent advised me that their lines were down but that they should have the assessment that day and that someone would contact me on Friday 17th May. There was no contact, I phoned their Call Centre again on 18th May and was told that they couldn't assist me as Yasmien was not in, I escalated to a Manager who told me that they could assist, but that my vehicle had been given to a Panelbeater in Longmeadow, Edenvale when I had told Yasmien that I needed a P/Beater in Midrand, this caused another delay and Yasmien did then phone me on Monday, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service received from Outsurance she became very defensive. I then responded to their survey as Poor, I today received a very annoying call from Annerie, who does not listen, has attitude issues and is certainly not giving great service.
