Close to a month ago I apply for an iPhone 5S and told will have it within 5 to 7 working days. Today I might get the phone but that is only after numerous phone calls and many wasted hours of frustration with the company. Even when I give the correct delivery address, they still mess up and now I am messed around again.
Be wary of any promises they make as it is unlikely they will keep them. Do not expect anyone to really care and it would be better to try another cell provider unless desperate.
This has to be one of the very worst customer experiences I have ever had and the time, money and energy wasted on them is beyond a joke.
On a positive note - there is so much comedy material in my interactions. Just wish I could have recorded some of the calls etc
