Cell C voted the Worst service Provider by Public

Cell C takes the cake when it comes to the "Worst Service Provider" in Africa. Hippie, Hooray. the award is yours to keep... I've been trying to sort out my fault Blackberry bought from Cell C for the last 4 months. Promises, promises. Cell C must be recruiting the bottom half of pupils to work for them. The staff have NO clue starting from their reception area, to legal, to accounts and the main stars " Repairs". Reception have no idea who which department sit or how to transfer calls to the correct department. I've now spent approximately 8 hours and 20 minutes (office telephone bill record) with the staff of the "Great Cell C" call center trying to sort out my phone. I've booked my phone now not 1, not 2, not 3 BUT 4 times. Each time the reply back was the phone has been fixed. "Viven" the manager (so called) has no time for customer calls. He promised me he would return by calls but NO result. The CEO's desk are the same. I was given a promise and have proof on email that my account would be not charged for 2 months.
