I SIGNED A CONTRACT FIVE MONTHS AGO WITH CELL C FOR THE FIRST TIME.IVE EXPERIENCED NOTHING BUT HEADACHES AND FRUSTRATION IN TRYING TO USE MY PHONE.I RUN A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS BUT IM NOT ABLE TO MAKE AND RECEIVE CALLS AT ALL.
IVE BEEN TO THE CELL C STORE MANY TIMES IVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND IM STILL PAYING MY MONTHLY BILL FOR A SERVICE I CANNOT USE.
IM TIRED OF BEING MESSED AROUND, I HAVE TWO PHONES NOW BECAUSE I CANNOT RELY ON CELL C FOR MY BUSINESS.THIS IS COSTING ME UNNECESSARY EXPENSES AND IMPACTING NEGATIVELY ON MY BUSINESS.
IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE AND I NO LONGER WANT TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY.I SPENT ALMOST R2000 FOR NOTHING.
