Cell C promised to fix my problem - to no avail. Still at technical. It has been there for 8 days now. The phone was hacked and the cloned which randomly sends un-appropriate SMS's out. Every day and night the calls are poring in. I cannot take it anymore. Cell C won't change the number unless we pay for it They want me to pay for their mess up. I don't know how long they expect me to wait to fix the problem.
I asked for them to fix my other Cell C phone as it keeps dropping calls, won't take calls, won't send e-mails all due to network coverage. I am in the middle of Randburg not on a farm in Hotazhell.
Cell C network coverage is... Pay a little more somewhere else.
