K! So I made a stupid mistake and decided to apply for a contract via Cell C direct. BIG MISTAKE ever. It's been a nightmare. Agent assisting me captured my delivery address as Durban whereas I live in Port Elizabeth. Then I had to follow up with Cell C to change my delivery address to PE, time and time again. Finally, phone gets to PE, courier company mess up as well and I had to run after them too. On the 28.02.13 received the iPhone 5, ported my MTN number to Cell C, it has been downhill ever since then, I can't seem to make outgoing calls nor send messages, a guy called Sidefree Valoyi assigned to assist me is not getting back to me with feedback, I am extremely frustrated. As a Cell C customer with 2 contracts I am being totally inconvenienced. I regret porting over to this network, I am getting legal advise, I am definitely taking legal action against Cell C if my things are not sorted by the 07.03.13, I refuse to pay for pathetic service. I am a female who's stranded all the time, can't even make emergency calls from MY phone because of Cell C.
Your team leaders are not very efficient either, they are just like the agents... Not too helpful.
