I AM BEYOND ANGRY!!!

I have 2 Telkom Mobile cellphones. SDM / Telesales phoned me countless times in Oct/Nov to upgrade the one number. I said NO every single time, only to find the courier at my door with a new cellphone!!! I cancelled that contract with effect end if December 2013. Today I go into the Fourways Telkom Mobile store after 2 failed back operations and in pain to upgrade the other number. The people who didn't LISTEN and tried to send me the upgrade that I didn't want, put a note on the system to say there is an upgrade happening, the stores are not allowed to give me an upgrade. Myself as well as the lady in Fourways Mall spoke to Head Office, and they said I've never been in arrears on anything, so they don't know why the note is there but it should be taken off - duh uh!!! Then Fourways Mall had to email them to take the note off, and THEN ONLY can I go back to Fourways Mall with my sore back to do what I wanted to do today!!! It is not the fault of the lady in Fourways Mall branch as she is not allowed to disregard that note. Another person in the call centre said she can't see the note on the system, and another person said it is an old note???!!!
