Vodashop Fourways Mall - BAD/TERRIBLE service

My upgrade has been due since 09/09/12 on my talk 500 contract. I went in to do an upgrade on Saturday th5 Jan morning and Max attended to me, I wanted to migrate to the iphone Package and opted for the iPhone 5 32GB; Max then said he doesn't have stock and that he would get back to me 1st thing Monday morning and took down my name and number and saved it on his notepad on his iPhone.

Monday afternoon I thought I would pop in at the Vodashop to see if I can complete this upgrade. I asked for Max, he came to me a short while later giving me a blank look which clearly showed he had NO IDEA who I was - couldn't even recognize me 2 days after talking to me. I then reminded him about the iphone upgrade which he promised he would let me know which he did not - Max rudely replied saying there is no stock.

At this point I asked Max what is the next best thing as I am leaving the country in 2 days, his reply was he will be right back - 5 mins later returned with a business card, I asked for the Manager name which he wrote on the card and walked away.

All in all it was a very unpleasant experience and Vodacom should not condone such staff attending to their customers.
