I applied for an upgrade (1/06/13) and i was told the contract was still under my mothers name, i came with her to the store and we completed the forms and i was told there was outstanding amount and the upgrade will go thru once that is settled. The amount ws settled and when i went to the shop i was told 2 documents are outstanding & the upgrade wont go thru. My mom signed the papers & was at the shop on the 25/06/13 where i spent more than 1h30min at the shop as Nombulelo advised that the upgrade cant go thru coz theres 2 names on the cotract mine and my moms. dont know what they did but after 45 minutes i was told Tshepiso will assist me. she went out of her way to assist me and i left the shop with my Samsung, & she advised me not to switch it on until the sim swap is done. on the 26/06/13 around 8am the sim swap was done when i tried switching of the fone the screen was blank. as advised i can take the handset to any MTN shop within 7 days if it gives me problems i went to Alberton mall where a very rude lady & her manager told me i shouldnt have left the shop without switching on the fone and they will not take the fone. I have a blank fone & im far from westgate & out of tim
