Hi have been trying to get hold of someone at the MTN store in Gateway and Pavillion since 9 this morning and the phones ring continuously.
It is most frustrating that a simple service cannot be rendered.
I also called 031-5028500 and was told that a mail will be sent on my behalf to the store at Gate way to inform them to contact me, this hasn't happen either, Service is purely pathetic...
Why have a contact number for stores and employ people who cannot answer the phones to service customers telephonically...?
