I have tried to explain to your help desk that when my clients or friends try to contact me on my neotel numbers they cannot hear a ring tone on their phones. This gives them the impression that the phone is not working and they end the call on their side. We therefore are losing business as we don't know when people can't contact us.
They also get the message " This is an invalid number". The 2 numbers are 011 026 3553 & 011 029 3553
We are use ZTE phones at both locations
The consultant accused both myself and my son of not telling the truth as "she had called the one number it rang"
She promised to phone back but hasn't done so
