Not answering phones or returning emails

I have tried calling numerous persons working at the HPCSA but have been continuously unsuccessful in reaching them. It has been 7 days since I sent an email to Ms Adele Taljaart. I have called at various times throughout the day only to once again hear the annoying voice mail which ironically states that the HPCSA is concerned with the quality of its service delivery. Do the people that work at the HPCSA simply put the phones on silent or is there just no one in the offices? I find it very frustrating that something as simple as making contact with you people is so hard to do!
