No Stock No Service

I applied for a cell phone contract last week Friday. However one of the cell phones they did not have in stock. I was told they would check one of their other stores and would let me know.

Firstly I do not understand how it could take this long to have the phone brought to their store in Melrose arch, as Edgars has numerours stores all over Gauteng.

However my complaint is really about getting hold of someone at the store. I have been trying all morning to get hold of them to follow up. Firstly the telephone just rings with no answer, do you want to tell me there is no one avaible to answer the phone. This branch is never that busy, secondly I finally get through and then they put me on hold and cut me off. I have tried calling back and the phone again just rings.

Can someone please contact me urgently or I will take my business else where.
