Call centre does not answe

I received an sms from MTN saying that my outgoing call facility has been suspended, Please pay Rxxxx.xx immediately at ABSA bank account no xxx

There is no reason given, or reference number to use. I am a contract customer and never had this problem.

I am trying to contact the call centre on 808 and have been hanging on for over an hour now.

I don't know if this is a and MTN is not answering, I don't know why I'm not surprised, absolutely shocking service
