Went to a third branch to renew a contract (07/12/2013) Westgate mall Mitchells plain. 10 days later no feedback. phoned 808 call centre. ref 107259423. 17/12/2013. no reply, no feedback. what type of customer service is this.
extremely bad service. seems to be norm after visiting 3 branches. will port numbers to Vodacom
