Still no feedback!

I posted a complaint on 31/5/2013 regarding the extremely bad service and attitude of the staff at this branch, and after the reply that the matter would be looked into I have heard nothing more! I was given a reference number of 3105130068/GO. As the service at this branch is always bad, I would appreciate feedback on what is being done to improve the situation!!
