Bad experience, bad customer service

I received the Nokia lumia the 25/11/2013 and sim still blocked after making several calls and escalated twice by the 07/12/2013 but still no feedback from cell c direct. I Phoned Customer services again spoke to Agent and informed her of my frustration and she escalated the query and promised me that she would attend to it and i will be able to use the phone 07/12/2013.
I have made several calls and the sim is still block-have few reference numbers but no response
The 07/12/2013 i phoned customer services again and ask them to cancel the contract as they keep on making promises that they dont keep.
I Have requested the cancellation since 06/12/2013 and the agents said i must follow the process
This was then escalated again on the 07/12/2013 and to date the 12/12/2013 still no calls from Cell C .I received phone 25/12/2013 and today12/12/2013 still blocked.
Manager will phone 12/12/2013 informed agent to make a note that im only available from13h00.still awaiting call.
