I refer to my previous complaint 5 weeks ago with no feedback

I am now told that the R3800 PHYSICAL damage to the IPad (which was handed in for software errors) is not that bad. A New IPad costs just over R4000???
I have still not received any feedback regarding my IPad. MTN, This is what will satisfy me:
Cancel my contract, or,
Give me a new IPad. I do not want the old one anymore.
If I do not receive any feedback withing 48 hours, I will stop my debit order.
I am tired of no feedback and solution to this issue. Please call me urgently!
