The response I have received from Vodacom was extremely poor and I recon it's due to the large number of complaints they receive that they just use a generic response for a certain type of complaint. I was also unable to explain my whole complaint with the characters that was allowed to me on Hello Peter and there was no effort made to contact me to get the whole complaint and again I was made to feel as if they probably spoke to the store and what was said there was taken as the correct and only version. On the 15th of May I phoned the store to get a copy of my upgrade contract. I spoke to Ekard who promised to send it to me ASAP. I had to phone back another 3 times before I got anywhere. Thanks Natasha who eventually helped as Ekard left the store without contacting me as promised. Ekard I'm still waiting for that call. Thank you Samsung. Phone repaired under warranty no questions asked. I will be moving my business elsewhere Vodacom
