Waiting to be contacted... No answer from Call Cent

I have a 10gig contract with Telkom mobile which expired last month and I'd like to renew/carry on with it.

Dear customer, please expect an important call from our team at Telkom Mobile regarding your Data product contract. We would like to extend your offer to another 24 months at R199 with an additional 10GB night surfer. T's and C's apply.

This is the message I received from Telkom Mobile [VERBATIM]...

Firstly, nobody has bothered to contact me.

Secondly, when I called 081180, the person who answered couldn't help or direct me to someone who could. I asked him to check who/where the message was sent from and he couldn't help. Apparently there are about 8 departments/call centres and he couldn't direct me to one... Please note I'm the one calling and I'm not asking them to call me.

Lastly, today from approx. 07:30 I've been calling them and whichever option I choose I never get to speak to someone, its just that dreary music playing... again I'm the one calling and I'm not using a Telkom sim to call so the call isn't free.

Can the call centre people please pick up the phone, alternatively I can be reached on: 0765255660 / 0732974727 / 0129988660.
