After many calls to their call centre, e-mails, complaints here at, and after many promises and, no feedback, no resolution. I wish Telkom or Vodacom want to take over this pathetic service provider.
I now have 4 months left of my contracts and I still cannot see how much I must pay each month, or for what am I paying. I need a monthly statement/invoice, but get absolutely nothing!
I was promised more than 10 times I would get this every month on my e-mail, but Cell C cannot even do a simple thing like that.
Will it be done from next month?
