Just need a monthly bill!

I have had many problems with them in the past. They have blocked me on Facebook for making their unprofessional service public. Without reason. Now after I've been a cell c contract customer for more than 10 years. Then, after like a fool yet again renewing my contract with them last year. And from then on, every month I beg them by telephone to just send me a statement or bill or invoice or anything MONTHLY (LIKE THEY USED TO BEFORE I UPGRADED), where I only can see what the amount owing is so that I can pay them. And every month another operator (falsely) promise me that it would be done from "now" on. And then every month I still get nothing. Like now its the 24th. My account must be paid by the 25th. And I do want to pay but do not know how much! If I do a balance enquiry from my phone it only gives the amount airtime left, NOT the balance owing...
And so this is going on for the half of my contract period now. If I check my account on the cell c website it only gives me the amount of my one phone and NOT the other contract. Just a while ago I begged them for 6 months to put both phones back on one account. Now I'm fed up. I ask for you to finally cancel 0844012169.
