WHY CANT CELL C SEND ME A MONTHLY INVOICE?

After many requests via Cell C 140 and e-mails to cell c and then via Hellopeter.com, only promises but no action. After 18 months through my current cell c contracts I have asked, begged, threatened, and tried everything, but Cell c just cannot be able to simply send me a monthly invoice, bill or balance statement. They many times told me that "from the end of this month you will get the statement via e-mail just like you used to before upgrading your contract" but I do not - nothing. I have to guess how much I must pay every month. The on-line login also does not work, and a balance request on the phone just show the airtime I have left. Not the outstanding account balance. Furthermore I tried to complain about this and other problems via their Facebook page but they have blocked me from commenting on that page without reason. They also do not answer my questions as to why I have been blocked. I have to mention that before I upgraded early in 2012 I used to get my billing statements regularly every month around the 16th. One of the operators once told me Cell C are purposefully making it difficult for me because I complain too much, She said I am a marked person at Cell C?...
