We have been having an extremely bad telephone line which rings but fails and fails to connect to anyone regardless the time of day. It was rectified 2 months ago, however it's started again a month back. It's awful service from such an enterprise. We've had technicians call out numerous times to no avail. We are paying for a line that does not work. Appalled at it all, if Neotel had their optics in the area I'm certain we'd have better comms.
