This is absolutely pathetic. Now the 6th report I am writing. I have no more ideas on what to do as I am not getting any proper feedback or resolution to my issues. (https:///cell-c/complaints/cancel-contract-1063292)
Can someone please give me the contact details of any manager or ANYONE who can escalate or help resolve this. I can't even cancel my contract as I have to pay R7500. So now I'm just paying a monthly fee yet receiving no service. Cell C is by far the worst company (irregardless if it is a service provider) that I have ever been with. Not even eskom is this bad.
I need a proper excuse and resolution before the end of this week.
