Billing of once off charges too high

I've taken out 2 additional contracts at Game (Vodacom section), and as per my contract, the once off connection fees of R97 per contract was suppose to be debited from my account within 48hours. The new Vodacom numbers are:0766606526 and 0606809916. To my surprise, my account was debited today with an amount of R409.49??? I immediately phoned the Vodacom customer care helpline on 111 and was assisted by Jaime. I've explained the situation that all my other Vodacom contracts gets deducted from my Absa account on the 20th of every month and that only the once off connection fees was suppose to be debited. He told me that there was an additional pro-rata amount that was added to this amount and that it was suppose to be debited within 48hours from the day (12 December 2013) which I opened the new contracts. As a Loyal Vodacom client, I was never charged with a pro-rata amount when taking new contracts and he didn't understand this and also did not wanted to send it for further investigation, he referred me back to Game while my service provider is Vodacom. After the conversation he dropped the phone, not even allowing me to rate the poor service he has give me. This is unacceptable!!
