Poor response to query

I received a new Blackberry during July of 2012 with the understanding that the monthly account limit would be R1580.00 on the two phones.

For the months of July through to November 2012, I had no problems with either my mobile unit or the account. In December of 2012 I was notified that I was 100% over my limit. I question how this could have happened in the first place.

1. Why was the account not blocked when it reached its maximum of R1580.00.
2. The account was stopped at approximately R5000.00

To date nobody can give me answers to this problem. Subsequent to this I have now been blacklisted.
