WEBSITE PROBLEMS

When I enter my password onto the website, it tells me this is incorrect when i know it is correct. This is the second time it has done this forcing me to change my password through smses and verification. I have been told it has done it to people i work with as well. Today when I tried to change my password, it asked for me to enter the one time password sent to my phone but keeps telling me its incorrect.

When you try email off the site, it wont let you send that either. You click and it wont send.

These guys need to sort this out.
