I applied for the free online trial for the Mweb 4 MB Line. Trying since Sunday to log on the website. Website didn't accepted. Tried again the following day and finally accepted.
I then received my login and password. Which I had to activated.
After trying for 2 hours it finally worked but couldn't access the internet. A webpage came up saying I should need the form requesting and I needed to send a copy of my ID so that reset. Which I'm upset about due to the fact it was a free trail and now I need supply identification.
Call the call center for assistance and they not able to assist me over the phone. I have to send a fax. They told me the password is incorrect that I'm using but I received a SMS from Mweb with the correct login but incorrect password???
I feel the incorrect password send so that they would have my details to bill later, which they could us later.
