I CANNOT COMPLETE MY EFILING

I AM VERY BUSY AT WORK AND THEREFOR I RAN A LITTLE LATE THIS YEAR WITH REGARDS TO MY EFILING.

ON THE LAST DAY OF THE EFILING I RUSHED TO GET MY WORK DONE IN ORDER FOR ME TO COMPLETE MY EFILING ONLINE, AS THEY SAY THIS IS QUICKER AND MUCH EASIER.

BECAUSE I DO NOT DO THIS TEN TIMES A YEAR I UNFORTUNATELY FORGOT MY EFILING PASSWORD AND THEREFOR I HAD TO RESET MY PASSWORD.

WHEN YOU GET TO THE PAGE WHERE YOU HAVE TO PUT IN YOUR NEW PASSWORD IT ACTUALLY FORCES YOU TO ENTER YOU OLD PASSWORD, WHICH AS MENTIONED ABOVE I COULDNT REMEMBER.
sO AFTER PHONING THE HELPDESK I GOT HOLD OF SOMEONE AND THIS LADY TOLD ME THAT THE OLD PASSWORD IS THE ONE THAT THEY SEND YOU TO YOUR EMAIL OR BY SMS TO YOUR PHONE.

AFTER SPENDING ALMOST 30MINUTES HOLDING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE I HUNG UP AND TRIED THIS. THIS TOO DIDNT WORK. THEY STILL WANT YOUR OLD PASSWORD.

NOW FOR THE LIFE OF ME, I DO NOT REMEMBER MY OLD PASSWORD AND I AM SURELY NOT GOING TO SPEND ANY MORE OF MY MONEY IN ORDER TO FUND JACOB ZUMA'S NEXT WEDDING.

I AM NOW OF WAITING ON THESE 'BAD SERVICE' PEOPLE TO HELP ME. I WILL NOT FILE MY EFILING UNTIL I GET THE PROPPER ASSISTANCE FROM SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING.
