No network coverage

3 months ago I took out a new contract with Cell C, with 1GB data per month. 2 mths ago I noticed my network coverage getting erratic and frequently non-existent. I queried it and was told that it was a general problem which they're addressing. With the new month I sacrificed my data and lost connectivity at crucial times.By the end of Nov I had practically no connectively. I logged a request on 5/12/13 ref no 3120500961. I was told that Cell C did not expect such high volume of subscribers and they did not have adequate infrastructure, with no solution in sight in the near future. I insisted on cancelling my contract as I find Cell C to be in breach of contract. I spoke to Haylene Karora who said they have an agreement with Vodacom to roam via their network. I tried that but was unsuccessful. She insisted that they needed alert the Networks team to investigate first before my contract could be cancelled. I rec an sms from Kgosi Mokhine confirming the conversation providing me with SD No 188172. I had to follow up again on 9/12/13. I spoke to Herman Morifi who assured me it would be escalated. I called again on 12/12/13, they could find no record of my query! 18/12/13 still await!
