This week I noticed that my Cell C account was being debited for content services that I did not subscribed to. This itemised billing indicated a company names MIRAO14 who is charging R6.15 per day since the first of September 2013 and its still active. I do not know what this services are for and I definitely didn't subscribed for these services. How was this service added to my account, this has to be internally and this is some employees committing a crime. I've done some research on the internet and it doesn't seems like a isolated event. Has Cell start doing something about this or is it up to the client to first complain before you start doing something about it.
Please cancel the subscription and write off the amounts as I am not liable for services that I didn't add to my account. These amounts that has been deducted will it be paid back to me.
