I complained 10 days ago about the shocking Cell C coverage in Hout Bay for a contract I took out for my wife.
Cell C responded telling me that I need to fill in a 'Network Problem Investigation Sheet', which we did immediately... Since then Cell C has gone silent! Not even an acknowledgement!
Cell C - the only option for me is to cancel my wife's contract at NO COST - you can have the phone we got as part of the contract back. We don't need it - at least not with the bad network coverage you provide. And remember - you are in breach of contract as you are not providing the network coverage and service you claim you have!
We will then go back to Vodacom!
