Iam so disappointed

I ordered a Sony xpria Z prior to my upgrade date. I was told the delivery will take two to three days... I went back into the store after three days, Irene told me their delivery had an accident and the delivery was delayed.(12/12/2013)
I was asked to give them another three days and i did.
Today (17/12/2013) i went back and Tintswalo tells me the phone is out of stock.

All this just shows that the phone was never ordered.

i need a response as im not willing to take anything else.
