Vodacom Samsung Galaxy Note 3 GEAR

Good Day

I upgraded my phone to the new Samsung Note 3 GEAR, I received my phone but to no avail vodacom was out of stock with regards to the Samsung Gear... For the past 2 weeks I phoned the shop everyday to hear whether or not they have any stock. Each time I phone I get a different answer, and this morning I was told that they only get 2 every week and there is a backlog of 64 people. Now according to my calculations it will take 8 MONTHS for those people to get their Samsung Gear. This is unacceptable, as this product is advertised yet nobody has any stock. I was promised the day I upgraded that I will have my Samsung Gear within 3 days... Like I said, it's been 2 weeks now and I will not wait 8 months for a product that is advertised on a daily basis... Please help!
