Dont deal with MTN corporate - worst service

I bought a sony experion Go cell from MTN corporate at end June. The touchscreen was faulty so I called CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES on 3rd Dec at 083-1-808 as per my billing statement. The operator advised that I take the phone to any MTN branch and said the MTN at Coastlands was fine. to take the phone to. I took the phone to Coastlands on the 4th Dec where Rueben at informed me that I should receive the handset all sorted in 8-10 days. I called the MTN Corporate after sales on 13th Dec only to find out it takes 1-2 weeks but as their warehouse closes on the 17th Dec so no phone till they open! I got an e-mail copied to Calisha, who I took the contract with, explaining the process. I called Calisha at 8am on the 17th and tried to give her the background in hope of getting a loan phone. She did not want to listen and told me that I need to deal with Coastlands myself as I should not have taken it there. I told her that Vanessa from MTN was dealing with the query and she had copied her on the e-mail on 13th Dec but she got even more antagonistic citing that she would have to then chat to Vanessa and call me back. That was 9 hours ago -no call yetl! BAD aftersales service and still no phone.
