Outstanding balance enquiry

To whom it may concern

I just needed to find out what my outstanding balance is on my account .as i am unable to get any help from branch level . i would also like to know if there has been any hand over on my personal loan taken out some time back? If it has been handed over, i would like to know to who and what the balance was u handed over? If not please give me the balance of this too. Please get back to me asap as i would like this sorted out! i do have some money and if itd enough i would like to settle.
