to whom it may concern,
i had a Nedbank loan and on the 05 - 08 - 2013, that account was finally paid up to date and Settled.
nedbank debited my account on the 07 - 08 - 2013 for the installment of R1118.18.
i have contacted the nedbank call centre today 08 - 08 - 2013 and spoke to a consultant by the name of Zweli REF number 8839938 that does not understand what i am trying to say. i want this resolved today or else i will take this matter to CPA. Nedbank is the worst bank to deal with, their consultants are the worst people as they are never willing to assist. i sent them an email with my proof of payment and still no response.
i will broadcast this to every1 and advise them, NOT TO EVER DEAL WITH NEDBANK!!! THE F WORST BANK AND INCOMPENTANT STAFF.
please treat this as a matter of urgency and i need my money deposited back into my account compensation
