Get It Service Not Cancelled in time

Good day

Since July 2013 I have requested via Cell C to have this Get It service cancelled as I have never used it since inception. I had to call backin August to request again for cancellation, no one contacted me, but they quick to Bill you for a service that's not even used @ R38.00 p/m. I had though hard whether I wanted to use cell c when my contract expired in September 2012 thus finding the "price range" acceptable decided to go with cell C. To My dismay, when my new contract (Sept) kicked in Get It Again. After paying up in October I then learned thay my account was in arrears & thus paid my monthly instalment of R125 & the Get It fee -R158? Thinking the service is cancelled & soughted My calls are then barred end of November . called again to have Get It cancelled for the 3rd time. Get it advised it takes 2 months to reverse fees. I also told them I am not paying ANY OF THEIR FEES as i was told that the service is cancelled. December comes around & on the 31st December my line is suspended until now, 1/02/2013. I have unsused airtime since end of December that might fall away, due to this now I have to use another sim in my phone & spend unneccessary money.
