I called Avon three times over three weeks to have them query orders that were made on my account without my knowledge by the lady that signed me up to be a representative.
To this day the query has not been done and they have the audacity to send me a balance that includes the box that I asked them to take back.
I spoke to three different people about the same thing but no one has done anything about it.
Unbelievable!
I want this resolved as it could lead to me having a bad credit rating!
I dont think the people at the finance dept or the call centre understand the word URGENT!
